In an effort to stabilize home values and improve conditions in communities where foreclosure activity is high (which is essentially everywhere), HUD made a surprising announcement yesterday of a positive change of policy that will expand access to FHA mortgage insurance allowing for the quick resale of foreclosed properties by investors.

This change allows home-buyers to buy and resell immediately without having to wait the 90-days for title seasoning... good news for home-buyers who purchase, improve and resell properties at an affordable price to homeowners.
